$10 million, 6,400-sq.-ft. facility will house live production for the new ESPN-owned network.
Attendees of the 2019 SVG College Summit (May 29-31, Omni Hotel at CNN Center, Atlanta) are invited to an exclusive tour and open house of Georgia Tech’s new video-production facility, built for the upcoming launch of the ACC Network. The tour will take place on Wednesday, May 29 at 1 p.m. Space is limited, so sign up early to ensure your spot.
The Georgia Tech Athletics Video Operations facility is a 6,400-sq.-ft. building that the university invested approximately $10 million to build. Designed and integrated by Alpha Video, the facility is filled with top-of-the-line technology from top vendors like Ross Video, Evertz, Riedel Communications, Canon, Panasonic, Yamaha, Wave Central, Cartoni, and others.
Guests of the tour must be registered attendees at the 2019 SVG College Summit or representatives of technology vendors that currently support the SVG College Initiative.
To make this opportunity available to as many as possible, SVG asks that each organization (conference office, athletic department, broadcaster, or SVG College Initiative sponsor) limit registration to two individuals. If more space is available in the days leading up to the show, we’ll extend openings on a first-come, first-serve basis.
