Denise Katz joined Program Productions in October, 2022 as a crewing manager for the North Carolina and South Carolina markets. With a passion for empowering others and fostering growth, in addition to her crewing role, she joined Program Productions’ Training and Development team. There, Katz manages training plans for technicians in all markets, from identifying candidates to working with individuals to ensure they are supported.

Prior to Program Productions, Katz spent 16 years at NASCAR Productions and 10 years at FOX Sports, in addition to time with Bexel Corporation, Disney, and Diamond P Sports. An Emmy award winner and a 35-year industry veteran, her favorite part of the job is working with people to help them achieve their goals in the industry.
