Scott LaBounty is the assistant athletic director for video operations at the University of Oregon Athletic Department. LaBounty oversees all aspects of Oregon Athletics video from live streams and school produced broadcasts to in-venue video board operations. He also handles all of the video content related to all sports. He has a team of creative video staffers who create videos for the in-venue experience, as well as for social platforms. LaBounty joined the Oregon Athletics department in August, 2013 as the video production director for Matthew Knight Arena.

LaBounty joined the Ducks after spending seven years at KMTR-TV in Springfield, OR as the station’s senior newscast director, where he supervised camera operations and managed graphics productions as it related to local newscast. LaBounty is currently working in conjunction with the Oregon 22 local organizing committee that will host the World Track & Field Championships next summer at Hayward Field. He is the event presentation expert for this event working with World Athletics to produce the in-venue video board show in the new World Class Track & Field venue.
