HBCU Bridge: Career Path
Wednesday, May 31 | 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Location: Cyprus Room
HBCU Bridge, a joint effort between the Sports Video Group (SVG) and YoSy Media, hosts a special meeting of professionals to help advise and connect the sports production and technology community with HBCU (Historically Black College and University) students or recent graduates. This meeting will help provide unique career and educational opportunities while also discussing the current state of live production for those working in athletic departments at HBCUs.
SVG College Leadership Academy w/ Gargano Leadership Group

Location: Sycamore Room
Increasing less about our jobs is about technology. It’s about planning, training, and leadership. At this year’s SVG College Summit, we are excited to offer a unique Leadership Training Workshop conducted by the Gargano Leadership Group. Headed up by Chris Gargano, a veteran of the sports video industry on the professional team front (New York Jets, San Francisco Giants, Oakland Raiders) offers up his crafted workshop designed to help you improve your communication skills, better serve and understand your staff, and create a more positive culture in your production teams.
Ross Collegiate Sports Production Training

Ross Video offers a variety of free training sessions designed to help guests maximize their capabilities in College Sports Production. Topics include: XPression Design and Operation, Advanced XPression Datalinq, ESPN XPression Workflows, and more. Attendance is limited to Collegiate full-time and freelance employees and students.
